We are not nutritionists; we’re chefs who strive to provide you with tasty fresh foods that fit into the best style of eating for you. We want you to feel nourished and satisfied after every meal. Here are descriptions and introductions to each style of eating that our meals fall into.
Meal Sizing guide
Standard: 350-375 grams, about 12 ounces
A normal adult portion
Large: 425-450 grams, about 16 ounces
A large adult portion, or 2 small adult portions
Family size: 4 standard portions
Keto is a way of eating that is designed to put you into a “fat burning” zone of ketosis by aiming to force your body into using a different type of fuel. Instead of relying on sugar (glucose) that comes from carbohydrates (such as grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits), the keto diet relies on ketone bodies, a type of fuel that the liver produces from stored fat. There are claims and testimonials that the keto diet can be helpful beyond weight loss in the realm of mitigating the effects of certain types of inflammatory diseases. Keto involves high amounts of fat which translates to a lot of flavor! In our keto meals you’ll find an abundance of fresh low carb vegetables, meats, seafoods and cheeses. Our keto meals will always be GF.
W30 and Paleo are not identical but are very similar. The main difference is that W30 has a stricter philosophy when it comes to sugar. Both diets eliminate: dairy (except for ghee and eggs), legumes and grains. Paleo allows for natural low glycemic sugars like honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar. The first 30 days of W30 focuses on eliminating sugar and starchy carbohydrate cravings. We do allow a lot of crossover in these recipes so if you are intensely focused on eliminating sugar completely, please be sure to check our ingredients list. In our W30/Paleo meals you will be treated to a ton of fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, seafood, meats & herbs. And as with keto, many have claimed to feel the anti-inflammatory benefits of these diets in relation to specific maladies or just general well-being. These meals will always feel light and fresh. Our W30 Paleo meals will always be GF.
We all need a little flexibility in life, right? Whether its with workouts, food, scheduling or just adulting in general. That’s where we came up with Flex. Flex meals come from whole foods-based recipes with no “no’s” Everything in moderation is the name of this game. You may see something like spaghetti and meatballs or sweet and sour chicken. We’ve taken traditional recipes and some globally influenced cuisine, lightened it up and portioned it out for you perfectly. These meals can be a great compliment to any eating philosophy. These meals may contain gluten and sugar, but we won’t go crazy, we promise.

As long as your subscription is active you'll be auto charged and meals will be delivered on Tuesday as normal, with the exception of any holiday closures. Please send us an email if you have any questions!
All meals are made fresh and are meant to be enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery. Keep refrigerated until reheating or freeze to enjoy later. Meals are meant to be reheated before eating as some items may arrive par-cooked. If meals come with side salads, enjoy earlier in your meal rotation.
Family Style Meals:
Remove from fridge and let sit at room temp for 30-45 minutes and bake covered in a preheated oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
Remove lid and microwave in 30-60 second intervals or until heated through. To heat in an oven, transfer to an oven safe pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer to a bowl and microwave. Heat in 60 second intervals until heated through. To heat on the stove, transfer to a pot and bring to a simmer.
Keep refrigerated until eating and enjoy cold. Please note, we do use fresh ingredients and liquid may settle, stirring may be required before eating.
